Nav Canada reviews services in Montreal-Windsor corridor.

Further to our recent notice to you regarding the revision to airspace near Toronto on July 5, 2007, creating Class E, Mode C transponder airspace out to 65 nm from Toronto (see our website for the details or see page 24 of the April COPA Flight, Canadian Plane Trade and page 17 of the May COPA Flight) and our notice of an impending services review (See page 24 of the June COPA Flight, Canadian Plane Trade) Nav Canada now has the following information available on their website along with a vehicle for your input.

Nav Canada is conducting an Aeronautical Study of all services provided from Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto and Windsor area of Canada, including airspace, air traffic control and flight services provided at the various airports.

Our website provides links to an explanation of the project, the Terms of Reference and a Nav Canada survey.

You are encouraged to complete this survey in order to help COPA in its effort to ensure that adequate services and access to airspace continue for our sector of aviation.
