The rebirth of Flight 26
More than 60 people were in attendance at a COPA Flight 26 meeting in January to celebrate the rebirth of the Flight and to receive a GA update presentation by COPA President Kevin Psutka.
In a show of support for the Flight, airport manager Chris Wood presented a cheque for $1,000 to help with the Flight’s finances, provided the terminal building board room for Flight meetings and explained his vision for a balance of commercial, corporate and recreational flying at the airport.
The Flight meets the second Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m.
