COPA recognizes Flight captain
A COPA Award of Merit was presented to Michel Boisvert captain of COPA Flight 43 and president of the St-Lazare Flying Club for his efforts in promoting and developing the St-Lazare Airport. Quebec Director Michel Moreau presented the award at the Flying Club AGM on March 24, held at restaurant Topaze in Dorval.
