By-Election Called in Southern Ontario

Due to the resignation of one of our Southern Ontario Directors, Darin Graham, your Board of Directors is calling for nominations and a by-election to fill the position.

Darin and his wife Lisa will be moving to New Zealand in June which will prevent him from continuing with the COPA Board. When a Director vacates a position the Board normally will call a by-election if more than half of the Director’s term is remaining. In this case three years remain in Darin’s term.

We are now accepting nominations for a Southern Ontario Director to fill this vacancy. Southern Ontario is defined as that area of Ontario with a postal code other than “P.” See page XX for more details and nomination form.
