The members-only section of the COPA Web site is accessed in the following way: Your "User Name" is your COPA membership number as printed on your COPA membership card. It can also be found on your COPA Flight plastic delivery bag, on the mailing label. Your “Password” is your last name in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. This information is also duplicated on the opening page of the "Members Only” section and under the "Help" function on the menu.
