The COPA Member Services department is introducing many new Member Benefit programs to serve you better. Each of these programs comes with a new service warrantee. If you don’t get the service that you are expecting from the hotel, rental car company or other COPA Member Benefit provider and cannot resolve the problem on the spot, please contact COPA manager, Member Services and Representation, Adam Hunt, Tel.: 613-236-4901, E-mail: ahunt@copanational.org.
Adam has arranged with each COPA Member Benefit provider to have one senior management problem-solving contact to make sure that COPA members get the best service. Call and get it fixed.
We also want to hear when something goes right! If you have had a good experience with a COPA Member Benefits provider, then let us know. We will let the provider know and let other COPA members know that the program is working. Send us your stories of saving money and getting great service on COPA Member Benefits. We want your COPA membership card to be worth much, much more than your annual membership fee.
