COPA member produces guide to U.S. flying

Ottawa COPA member John Quarterman has produced a great up-to-date guide about flying to the USA. The new guide supplements information in the AOPA/COPA Guide to Cross-Border operations that was written in 2001.
Quartermain’s book, entitled Canadian/American Differences, can be found in the Member’s Only section of the COPA Web site.
