This 72 page guide is designed to give you the background information that you
will need to get involved in amateur-built aircraft, whether you are planning to
design your own plane, build from plans, build a kit or buy a used amateur-built
aircraft. It covers some of the pitfalls, regulations and choices available. It
is designed to get you started!
The guide is available free of charge to COPA members in the “members only”
section of the COPA website in HTML, MS Word Format or PDF format. Paper copies
are also available for the cost of printing and mailing the book from the COPA
office. The COPA member hard copy price (includes taxes and postage) is $20.00.
The non-member price is $30.00.
