You can actually get the Bank of Montreal to pay you the equivalent of your COPA membership each year.
How does that work? Actually it is quite simple and costs you nothing. All you need to do is apply for a COPA MasterCard through Bank of Montreal and opt for the no-charge “CashBack” feature.
Each year the Bank of Montreal will credit you with 1/2 per cent of your charged purchases back.
Bank statistics show that the average COPA MasterCard holder charges enough purchases on his or her card to get the equivalent of a free COPA membership each year!
The odd thing is not every COPA member takes advantage of this feature or of the COPA MasterCard’s other available program – free Air Miles.
Recent data from Bank of Montreal shows 84 per cent of COPA MasterCard holders have one of those two free reward programs. Sixty six per cent of cardholders currently have Air Miles and 18 per cent have CashBack. This means 16 per cent of COPA MasterCard holders have no free rewards program at all!
Both the CashBack and the Air Miles programs cost you nothing, so why not take advantage of one of these programs?
